Service Objects, Inc. is looking for a highly motivated and successful Sales Account Representative to join its Inside Sales team selling technical products to B2B customers. This qualified Sales Account Representative will follow up on web and phone inquiries, qualify new leads, maintain a sales pipeline, and close business by making calls to decision makers and influencers. The ideal candidate must enjoy interacting with customers, have experience at selling products or services with technical features, be skilled at verbal and email communications, generate product interest, qualify inbound prospects, generate quotes and close sales. No travel required.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Meet or exceed individual revenue target for assigned sales region.
  • Respond to and qualify leads generated from marketing programs and maintain high level of outbound communication activity.
  • Have ability to move a prospect through the sales cycle, engage the right resources in Service Objects, and close the order.
  • Develop, manage and maintain a sales pipeline.
  • Identify, initiate and nurture relationships with prospects over the phone, via computer presentations (we use GoToMeetingTM) and via e-mail.
  • Learn, maintain and be able to utilize in a prospect sales dialog an in-depth knowledge of Service Objects products and services.
  • Proactively call new leads, identified prospects and installed base accounts to achieve revenue targets.
  • Ability to have a sales dialog with and build credibility with the customer at all levels including developer/engineer, project manager and sr. manager.
  • Maintain accurate contact activity and account information within customer CRM database (we use GoldMineTM).

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1-3 Years sales experience, ideally in B2B marketplace.
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas and other goals.
  • Excellent selling skills including solution selling, product presentation and closing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess a professional business manner, high energy, enthusiasm, and be goal oriented.
  • Self motivated and ability to work effectively with minimum supervision.
  • Aptitude for learning product technologies.

Compensation up to $75,000 per year plus benefits for leading performers. Compensation up to $100,000 per year plus benefits for sales superstars. This is a full-time position.
