My experience was great. I had to geocode a list of Rita evacuees staying here at the city of Richardson, since you return a LAT, LONG with the list it was very easy for me to display it on a map using ArcGIS.

I tried same service out from two companies, yours was the best. Examples were very simple, and worked, and were easy to demonstrate feasibility.
