Errors:
Desc AS string, Error message literal.
Number AS string, Error message numeric.
1, Unknown Internal Server Error.
2, Missing required elements for possible match or invalid key, match aborted, see description element.
Address not found
Multiple addresses match
3, Internal Error - SQL Timeout Error.
4, Internal Error - DB Unavailable.

Example Address:
9608 Zorn St
Port Charlotte, FL 33981

Using our GetBestMatch operation the address geocodes to:
<Latitude>43</Latitude>
<Longitude>-82.232859</Longitude>
<Level>Z</Level>
<LevelDescription>The address matched at the general zip code level.</LevelDescription>

Notice the 'Z' level identifier. This means we resolved the address at the ZIP code level. Other enumerated match level values are:
 Street Level Matches (S)
 Zip+4 Level Matches (P)
 Zip+2 Level Matches (T)
 Zip Level Matches (Z)
 City/State Level Matches (C)

Unfortunately Service Objects cannot geocode every address to the street-level. We are always working to improve our data quality and we are adding new data as it becomes available.
