DOTS Demographics Plus is a programmable XML Web Service that can be integrated with any Internet-based system to provide small area demographic data on leads/contacts within specific neighborhoods. A typical segment includes an estimated 50 individuals.
What does it do?
DOTS Demographics PlusSM integrates with online Web forms or applications to provide customer insight on demand. It taps into an extensive database of more than 5.5 million small-area segments and instantly appends user-input addresses with the most accurate, timely, and location-specific demographic data available. It also includes an area identifying description for Urban, Suburban or Rural area and many other useful data fields.

Demographics estimates are primarily based on the newest data set provided by the U.S. Census Bureau. The core data is regularly enhanced by using USPS® delivery data, Fannie Mae income estimates, telco directory assistance records and other various public and proprietary data sources.
