We are looking for a skilled Accounting clerk to perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping and financial tasks. The Accounting clerk responsibilities include verifying the accuracy of account receivable invoices, collections of receivables and accounts payable bills including company credit cards. Ultimately, a successful Accounting clerk will ensure that the company’s daily accounting functions are accurate and effective.
- Proven accounting experience, preferably as an Accounts receivable clerk or Accounts payable clerk
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Extensive knowledge of US GAAP
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Aptitude for numbers
- Ability to work with our CRM system and perform other record keeping tasks
- Experience working with SaaS companies
- Associate degree or 5+ years accounting experience
