Helps prevent chargebacks and improves customer satisfaction

DOTS Order Validation, a real-time API web service, verifies and corrects customers’ details while cross-validating key data points to help identify potential fraud and chargeback risks. This service includes our industry-leading, address validation and correction service, ensuring that addresses are correct and deliverable. The service can be used to validate both Business-to-Consumer (B2C) and Business-to-Business (B2B) orders through a simple test type setting.

Order Validation provides an overall confidence score from 0-100 by cross-checking the customer’s payment and shipping information, along with their phone number(s), email address and IP details. It also flags orders with IP addresses and BIN numbers from high-risk countries, as well as BIN numbers from outside the US. This comprehensive cross-checking enables companies to flag orders for further review, contact customers for corrections, cancel orders before service or products are supplied or simply ship with confidence
