With 2018 coming to a close in just a few short weeks, we enter our busiest time of year validating millions of deliveries for our customers every day. Just like Santa’s elves, we’ve been preparing for the season all year long.
2018 has been a good year at Service Objects, with strong growth and record-setting validations for our customers. Our mission continues, helping businesses weed-out fraud and operate more efficiently through data quality.
We made substantial improvements in many facets of our services. We achieved certification for GDPR Privacy Shield. We introduced a new version of Address Insight. We implemented ambitious security policies. Most importantly, we achieved a customer satisfaction score (NPS) of 66. Although “66” may sound low, it ranks us among the top 1% of all technology companies nationwide. Our NPS score proves we have a personal connection with our customers.
Of course, these wonderful results are only possible due to the work of each and every team member here, and the core values in which we share in our work together. This year we welcomed Naoko Rico, Richard Delsi, Samantha Haentjens, Joy Adelente, Cary Carlton, and Sophia Graniela to the company. We are SO happy to have them onboard. Our team, and the values we foster, underpins all the good we do. It’s through our collective efforts that we make the greatest difference.
I’m very excited about 2019. We have so many exciting projects on deck, such as global geocoding, AI-based name validation, and much more.
The success we have had in 2018 is a credit to you, our customers. Thank you for allowing us to participate in your business. It is our privilege to be a part of your work.
