Service Objects is not in the business of selling your information. We consider this personal information to be a vital part of our relationship with you. We do not cache copies of any Data you send us as a part of your use of the service, except for batch files that are permanently deleted after 5 days. We do not keep copies of the Data sent to us nor the responses sent to you. We do keep daily usage log for billing purposes, saving only the date that the transaction occurred. We do not release, sell, rent or lease any Data to third parties.
PRODUCT INFORMATION AND SECURITY
“Product Information” means any information utilized by any of our services for validation purposes. Our address products contain publicly available information, maps and information from various information providers. Our phone products contain contact information from the published white and yellow pages of telephone directories and from directory assistance. Our email and contact verification products contain identifying information from public and private sources with secure connectivity to other information providers.
- We do not maintain credit card numbers.
- We do not maintain date of birth records.
- We do not maintain social security numbers.
- We do not sell lists of contact information.
- We do not keep copies of your Queries or Data nor your responses.
- We do not, under any circumstances, co-mingle your Data and our Product Information.
- We do not use your Data for data mining purposes.
- We protect against the misuse of non-public information.
All our services can be used by companies, political organizations, non-profit organizations, and government agencies through our highly secure socket layer "SSL" AES-256 encryption when providing contact information over the Internet
FORUMS AND COMMENTS
If you use the forum, blog or post comments on our web site, any contact information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. Service Objects is not responsible for any contact information you choose to submit in that context or anything arising from such submissions.

Service Objects has further committed to refer unresolved privacy complaints under the Privacy Shield Principles to an independent dispute resolution mechanism, the ICDR-AAA Privacy Shield Program, operated by the American Arbitration Association, an alternative dispute resolution provider located in the United States, to address complaints and provide appropriate recourse free of charge to the individual. Service Objects’ liability for personal data of EEA or Swiss individuals that it receives under the Privacy Shield and subsequently transfers to a third party is described in the Privacy Shield Principles. In particular, Service Objects remains responsible and liable under the Privacy Shield Principles if a third-party agent that it engages to processes the personal data on its behalf do so in a manner inconsistent with the Principles, unless Service Objects proves that it is not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.
Service Objects is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”), or any other U.S. authorized statutory body. The FTC has jurisdiction over Service Objects compliance with the Privacy Shield.
In some circumstances, EEA or Switzerland individuals may invoke binding Privacy Shield arbitration as a last resort if all other forms of dispute resolution have been unsuccessful. See https://www.privacyshield.gov/ for more information about this process. The place of arbitration shall be the United States, and in person participation will not be required. Irrespective of the outcome of arbitration, each party shall bear its own attorneys’ fees. The arbitrator(s) has the authority to impose individual-specific, non-monetary equitable relief necessary to remedy any violation of the Privacy Shield Principles only with respect to the individual.
